Meet in East Dean village’s free car park (near Tiger Inn & Hikers Rest cafe) off Gilberts Drive (BN20 0DR) for a 10 am start. About 7 miles via Birling Gap, most or all of the glorious but steep Seven Sisters, and Friston Forest & airfield site. Bring food & water and wear suitably solid footwear & clothing in case of sun, wind or rain! Shorter 5ml option to be available, continuing down to Cuckmere River off the Downs instead and catching bus (12X) back from Exceat. Leader Chris 07926 994406
